Description

A community mental health center in Colorado Springs is seeking a BE/BC Adult Psychiatrist to join its established clinical team. This role is approximately 95% outpatient, with a small inpatient unit used only for brief stabilization of existing patients.

Psychiatrists are supported by a strong administrative infrastructure, allowing you to focus on patient care and documentation while serving a high-acuity, mission-focused population.

The Position:
• ~95% outpatient adult psychiatry
• Very limited call - small inpatient unit
• Only 3-5 nights or weekends per year
• High-acuity, complex patient population
• Predominantly Medicaid with some uninsured and commercial
• Strong admin support (credentialing & prior auths handled)
• Mostly on-site with possible hybrid flexibility

Compensation:
• Base salary typically $270,000-$300,000+
• Sign-on and relocation assistance available
