About this opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional to join Endeavor Ukraine and accelerate their career while supporting the country's most ambitious entrepreneurs. You'll work closely with the core team on all aspects of our work – from identifying promising companies to supporting portfolio entrepreneurs and building the broader ecosystem.
What you'll do
Company Research & Entrepreneur Support (80%)
- Identify and research high-potential Ukrainian scale-ups for Endeavor selection
- Conduct preliminary analysis of candidate companies (market research, competitive landscape, business model assessment) & work with the pipeline
- Prepare materials for selection panels, including profiles of potential candidates to Endeavor
- Support due diligence processes and entrepreneur interviews
- Maintain and update our company database and CRM
- Assist in designing and delivering support programs for Endeavor entrepreneurs
- Coordinate mentor matching and facilitate connections
- Support entrepreneurs with specific requests (intro to investors, talent recruitment, market research)
- Track entrepreneur progress and maintain regular communication
- Prepare entrepreneur case studies and success stories
Research, Analysis & Operations (20%)
- Maintain tracking systems for entrepreneurs, mentors, and ecosystem partners
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis on ecosystem trends
- Support fundraising and partnership development efforts
- Handle administrative tasks and project coordination
- Assist with event logistics and coordination when needed
- Support content creation for communications

Requirements
What you bring
Must-have:
- 1-3 years of professional experience (internships and student projects count)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research abilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong ownership mindset
- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and startups
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in consulting, banking, VC, or startup environment
- Previous involvement in entrepreneurial/ecosystem initiatives
- Background in business, economics, or a related field
- Existing connections in Ukraine's startup ecosystem
- Experience organizing events or community programs
