Description

The Associate/Assistant Vice President for Recruitment and Admissions at Roseman
University provides high-level strategic and operational leadership for the university’s
centralized enrollment eorts. This role oversees recruitment activities for all colleges
within the university and centralized admissions processes specifically for the College of
Pharmacy and the College of Nursing. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Aairs,
the AVP develops and implements innovative strategies to optimize student recruitment,
admissions, and conversion while ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and
institutional priorities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Doctorate preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in higher education enrollment management, including 3+ years in senior leadership; Health sciences or clinical admissions preferred.
• Experience leading centralized recruitment and admissions operations across multiple programs or colleges
• Strong people leadership, strategic planning, and change management capabilities
• Proficiency with Enrollment CRM systems and data analytics
• Comprehensive knowledge of admissions compliance and ethical recruitment practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
