POSITION OVERVIEW
Salary range: Total Negotiated Salary (TNS) calculation depending on specialty can range from $121,900- $279,536. The posted UC salary scales set the
minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan, which provides for
eligibility for additional compensation.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This Clinical Faculty position is to provide neuropsychological services to children, adolescents, transitional age youth, and adults in the Department of
Psychiatry and Human Behavior at UC Irvine. This includes psychological and neuropsychological assessments and providing evidence based psychotherapeutic services. These services will be provided in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychiatry residents and fellows, psychology trainees and Master’s Level therapists and case managers.
In addition to direct patient assessment and care, this position will involve supervision of trainees including medical students, residents and fellows and psychology students and interns. It may also involve engaging with clinical research and quality improvement projects and the generation of detailed patient
reports.
Preferred Qualifications include a PhD in Clinical Psychology, California Licensure, established expertise in neuropsychological assessments of adults with
mental health disorders, expertise in psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, focuses family
therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and exposure and response prevention therapy. Experience with advanced diagnostic assessment tools including the
SCID, SIPS, family assessment tools and rating scales measuring clinical outcomes and function is desirable. Experience conducting neuropsychological
assessments in children and transitional age youth is also desirable.
Salaries are based on University of California salary scales, which are dependent on academic rank and step, and commensurate with experience. For
candidates with clinical degrees applicants should be eligible for a California Medical License and membership on the Medical Staff at the University of
California, Irvine. Based on clinical productivity there is opportunity to earn additional salary for clinically active faculty.
