Description
About MoFi
MoFi is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that expands economic opportunity for underserved individuals and communities across the Rocky Mountains, Pacific Northwest, and Great Plains. With offices in Missoula, Bozeman, Boise, and Salt Lake City, MoFi has been a leader in mission-driven lending for nearly 40 years, helping transform lives and communities through access to capital and business support.
Small business ownership is one of the most effective pathways out of poverty, second only to homeownership. Yet traditional lenders often exclude entrepreneurs due to credit scores, limited financial history, or lack of collateral. Since 1986, MoFi has focused on making the financial system work for everyone by removing these barriers and expanding access to opportunity for people and communities across the region
