Deploy solutions that improve cross-functional transparency (dashboards, shared systems, standardized reporting)

Provide standardized status updates to sponsors (weekly for active projects, monthly portfolio summary). Ensure training materials and support resources are available before go-live
6. Continuous improvement and Change Leadership. Challenge existing processes and identify root causes of inefficiency. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies to drive measurable improvement building organizational capability by training others in CI concepts and problem-solving approaches.
