- Coordinator, Funding and Partnership Services (Grantwriting Professional)

Drive impact for students across Orange County! In this role, you’ll lead grant initiatives, spark community partnerships, and help bring vital resources to innovative education programs. You’ll collaborate with educators, agencies, and local organizations to turn ideas into opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify public and private funding opportunities that align with organizational goals and program needs.
- Write and submit competitive grant proposals that align with organizational priorities and funder requirements, ensuring compelling narratives and complete supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with program, contracts, and finance staff to gather data, develop budgets, and other materials needed for proposals and reports.
- Monitor trends in education, philanthropy, and funding priorities to inform strategic grant-seeking efforts.
- Maintain strong, frequent, clear communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, alternative education, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in school and/or community-based programs including experience in competitive proposal writing; or an equivalent
