Residential Facility Operations Manager
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Provide trauma-informed support for victims of intimate partner violence and their children/families living in emergency shelter, with duties focused on maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to encourage healing and contribute to a trauma-informed living environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
70% - Promote and maintain trauma-informed shelter living spaces through maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
15% - Track and maintain documents, paperwork, invoices, purchase requisitions, and maintenance schedules to be reviewed by supervisor by the monthly deadline.
10% - Participate in meetings and events. Complete Domestic Violence Awareness training and maintain necessary annual education to maintain certification throughout tenure in role.
5% - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate degree in related field pr work experience in lieu of education with working knowledge of program issues preferred.
Other: Fluency in languages other than English and cultural knowledge are a plus. Must provide own transportation and/or have a valid driver’s license as appropriate per job needs.
STATUS: This is a Full-Time exempt position.
