JOB SUMMARY:
AGLC is looking for an analytical, techsavvy project professional who can turn data into insights, improve processes, and support enterpriselevel decisionmaking. If you enjoy leading endtoend projects, working with project management tools, and helping organizations deliver smarter, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.
As an Enterprise Portfolio Advisor, you’ll support how AGLC plans, prioritizes, and delivers its corporate and IT initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Portfolio to strengthen portfolio practices, enhance reporting, and ensure initiatives stay aligned to strategic objectives.
What you’ll do!
Analyze project and portfolio data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Lead improvements to portfolio governance practices, templates, and standards.
Prepare and deliver monthly portfolio reporting and executivelevel summaries.
Support benefits, financial, and risk management activities across the portfolio.
Administer and enhance AGLC’s project and portfolio management (PPM) tool, including configuration, user support, and training materials.
Contribute to project intake, prioritization, and resource planning processes.
Lead or support process improvements that enhance delivery and organizational agility.
Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
A degree in computer science, project management, business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience leading full cycle projects.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Experience with project management or portfolio management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences.
Assets include:Experience with Portfolio or Program Management practices
Experience developing governance frameworks or standards
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MoP, or PfMP.
