Join a dedicated pediatric healthcare team as a Float Nurse, supporting clinics across the Raleigh and Wake Forest region. This full-time role provides the opportunity to care for patients across different sites, ensuring flexibility, collaboration, and consistency in delivering high-quality pediatric care. As a Float RN or LPN, you will support clinic operations, assist providers, and engage in direct patient care, including assessments, triage, lab work, and family education. Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Level I
\n

- Current LPN license in North Carolina. \n
- Current BCLS certification. \n
- High school diploma or GED; CLIA-approved science coursework preferred. \n
- Ability to deliver basic nursing care and assist with lab testing, triage, and administrative duties. \n
- Effective communication, time management, and basic pediatric clinical skills. \n
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Level II

- All LPN I qualifications plus: \n
- At least 6-12 months of consistent performance at LPN I level. \n
- Proven ability to manage complex patient needs with clinical accuracy and critical thinking. \n
- Experience training new staff, leading in triage and lab functions, and contributing to care coordination and clinic flow. \n
- High initiative and reliability as a team resource and mentor. \n
Registered Nurse (RN) Level I

- Current RN license in North Carolina. \n
- Current BCLS certification. \n
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing; high school diploma with approved science background accepted. \n
- Capable of performing pediatric assessments, executing care plans, and supporting provider workflows. \n
- Basic triage and lab testing skills with a patient-focused, team-based approach. \n
Registered Nurse (RN) Level II

Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered Registered Nurse North Carolina state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
- One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
- One year of EMR experience
- Board Certified

- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
