About the Position
This position will lead a highly successful high school girls volleyball program at the top private high school in Arizona. The Rancho Solano Prep volleyball program has qualified for the past 8 2A State Tournaments and has advanced to the quarterfinals every season while reaching the semifinals in 2023. As one of the top programs in Arizona, the next head coach will have the opportunity to lead the program to new heights. Through unique programs such as the Rancho Solano Sports Academy and Nike Volleyball Camps, along with athletic department support for program growth, the program is positioned for continued success. Full time teaching positions may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for direction and development of Girls Volleyball Program
- Develop tactical and strategic Volleyball principles for High School team
- Conduct all practices and coach all games
- Transportation of student-athletes to and from games
- Develop off-season training programs for player development
- Run up to 4 weeks of youth volleyball camp during summer
- Communicate directly with parents
- Design and execute clinic and camp programs to promote program growth
- Work with Athletic Director and Middle School Athletic Director to develop action plans for Middle School program consistency
- Oversee Assistant Coaching Staff including MS coaches

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Prior coaching and/or playing experience at the High School level or above

- Must be able to complete the following prior to employment:
- Current AZ Teaching Certificate or NFHS Accredited Interscholastic Level 1 Coaching Certificate.
- NFHS Concussion Certificate
- Updated CPR/First Aid Certification
- AZ Fingerprint Card
- 3 Letters of Recommendation and/or 3 References
