Position Overview
The Health Coach works closely with the Owner/Physician and Wellness Co-ordinator to support practice members throughout their wellness journey. This role blends coaching, client experience, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-centered work and structured organization.
The Health Coach will motivate, educate, and empower clients through individual and group coaching sessions conducted virtually, and by phone. The position also includes administrative coordination to ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Client Transformation & Coaching
Provide individualized and group coaching focused on sustainable lifestyle change
Maintain proactive communication and accountability with practice members
Educate, motivate, and empower clients to take ownership of their health
Guide new members confidently through onboarding and program expectations
Track progress and identify when additional support or intervention is needed
Create & lead group classes & workshops
Growth & Collaboration
Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients
Collaborate with the Owner & team on improving systems, workflows, and member experience
Work alongside marketing and business coaching teams to support practice growth
Participate in quarterly training and professional development
Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes and practice growth
Assist with educational webinars, workshops, and community events (1–2 evenings/month)
Operational Leadership
Perform stat-tracking with marketing & revenue workflows
Track program participation and client progress
Identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency
Qualifications
Certified Health Coach (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2+ years coaching or client-facing wellness experience preferred
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
Ability to prioritize and execute independently
Alignment with holistic, lifestyle-centered health philosophy
Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented demeanor
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Zoom
IntakeQ or similar EHR platform
Calendly or online scheduling tools
GoHighLevel
Work Environment & Schedule
Part-time to full-time (30–35 hours/week)
Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
Occasional evenings or weekends for professional training, workshops or events
Travel 2x’s/year for training & personal development
Ideally in-person at our Cary office, with some virtual responsibilities and potential community events
Compensation & Benefits
Salaried position, starting at $50k with performance-based bonus opportunities
