High-Yield Credit Analyst - LATAM or Emerging Markets

Our client, a prestigious $15bn+ multi-strategy hedge fund, is seeking an experienced LATAM or Emerging Markets Fundamental High Yield Credit Analyst to join their growing New York-based investment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental HY credit research on LATAM or broader Emerging Markets issuers
• Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models
• Identify catalysts, event-driven situations, and dislocations across the capital structure
• Develop differentiated long/short ideas and present insights effectively
• Partner closely with investment leadership and peers in a team‑first environment

To be successful in this role, candidates must bring true buyside or desk‑analyst experience. Please note:

• Proven HY credit experience within LATAM or EM corporates
• A track record on the buyside (hedge fund, asset manager) or as a trading‑floor desk analyst
