JOB SUMMARY:
This position serves as a key member of the District Office team, ensuring efficient management of personnel processes. Performs a wide variety of technical duties in support of District Human Resources management and reporting per OSPI/Federal regulations. Responsible for the hiring and intake of District employees including position announcements, employee files, credential verification and maintenance, processing employee contracts, and maintaining a district substitute pool. Responsible for monitoring and compliance with federal and state personnel/wage and hour laws and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Requirements
1. Three or more years of experience in human resources, administrative support or a related position is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or additional education or certification in human resources or a related field is strongly preferred.
3. School district experience is strongly preferred.

5. Experience and proficiency in the use of computer applications and software including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with employee management software is preferred.
6. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
7. A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates sound judgment, and approaches work with professionalism, positivity, and service to others.
