Altius is looking for either an Analyst or an Intern for this role, depending on the candidate’s experience.
Location: Kyiv
Description of Role: As an Investment Analyst at Altius Capital, you’ll help clients succeed through analysis and strategy. Your tasks include:
- Creating financial models for transactions and investments.
- Collecting and analyzing financial data from public sources.
- Reviewing client data and preparing market summaries.
- Organizing financial information into clear reports.
- Preparing marketing materials and reports for clients, investors, and lenders.
- Summarizing financial research to highlight trends and opportunities.
- Handling various tasks as needed.
Candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply for the Intern position. Interns will support the execution team in day-to-day transaction work, including financial analysis and preparation of materials.

Requirements
Desired Experience / Professional Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field with good grades.
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services (experience in Big 4, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is a plus).
- Good understanding of valuation methods.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Starting the CFA or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of M&A databases like PitchBook or Capital IQ is a plus.
