Description

Our client is a dynamic venture capital and private equity firm dedicated to investing in early to growth-stage companies in diverse sectors, including but not limited to AI, health tech, fintech, smart city solutions and sustainability. They are currently seeking an Investment Manager to join their team to focus on VC/growth-stage investments with a focus on investments in China.

You will play a critical role through the entire deal process, from origination to exit. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, evaluating investments, market & industry research, due diligence, financial analysis, documentation & reporting to post investment monitoring.

To be considered, you should have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exposure to AI and related disruptive technologies will be an advantage.
