Psychiatry (Adult/Geriatric) Telehealth Leadership Opportunity | 100% Remote

Step into a fully remote Psychiatrist leadership role where you'll shape care delivery for high-acuity seniors with serious mental illness and complex medical needs. This is a Pod Lead position within a rapidly expanding telepsychiatry model designed to keep vulnerable patients stable at home. Practice Overview

• You'll lead a collaborative "Pod" of 10 Nurse Practitioners, serving as the clinical authority and mentor
• Value-based care model focused on seniors with SMI, dementia, and complex comorbidities
• 30 hours clinical care plus 10 hours dedicated leadership and supervision weekly
• Medication management for SMI and dementia; MAT if certified; no opioid prescribing

Schedule

• 40-hour workweek with blocked scheduling for workflow efficiency
• Intake days 6 to 7 scheduled, typically 3 seen; Follow-up days 16 to 18 scheduled, typically 10 to 11 seen
• Call 1 week at a time, rotated 1 to 3 times per year; phone only and NP triaged
• Fully remote with structured team huddles and weekly leadership touchpoints

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $270,000 to $300,000 depending on experience
• 10% annual bonus paid quarterly; total compensation $310,500 to $345,000
• 4 weeks PTO plus 5 sick days; 9 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays
• 401k with 3.5% match; malpractice with tail coverage; full health benefits; 1 week CME plus $2,500 allowance

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO; Board Certified required; Board Eligible considered rarely and case by case
• Minimum 2 to 3 years post training experience; no new graduates
• Comfortable managing high-acuity geriatric patients with polypharmacy of 10 to 15 or more medications
• Experience treating SMI, dementia, and complex medical psychiatric overlap
