Description
NOTICE TO PHYSCIANS AND PROVIDERSEl Paso Health (EPH), a Medicaid Managed Care Organization, will be accepting applications from 01/16/26 to 02/03/26 for participation as Medical Service or Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Providers in our Network. Applicants must meet EPH's credentialing criteria and standards for acceptance.
Interested applicants should contact EPH's Contracting and Credentialing Department at Contracting_Dept@elpasohealth.com or submit a Letter of Interest to 1145 Westmoreland, El Paso, TX 79925. All applicants will receive a notice of acceptance or non-acceptance within 90 days of notification to EPH of interested participation.
El Paso Health is a TX licensed health maintenance organization (HMO) established by the El Paso County Hospital District to enter into contract with HHSC for the purpose of improving access to medical care for STAR, CHIP and CHIP Perinatal recipients in El Paso and Hudspeth Counties.
In addition, we manage a number of programs for the El Paso County Hospital District.
