A fast-growing quant trading firm is looking to hire multiple expansion headcounts across legal and compliance functions. The roles' seniority level can be scaled depending on the candidate.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Legal Counsel

• 5-10 years of PQE to take on a broad legal counsel role covering both transactional and non-transactional work covering multiple jurisdictions.

Paralegal

• Support the Global Head of Compliance on a wide range of legal and compliance duties.

Compliance Officer/Senior Compliance Officer

• 5-15 years of compliance experience in electronic trading, market-making, or trading-technology environments.
• Design and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of exchange rules, especially in the APAC region, and quant trading regulatory requirements.
• Work with the IT Team to improve automated surveillance capabilities.
