Authentic Hand Therapy is a private specialty clinic focused exclusively on upper-extremity rehabilitation. We treat surgical and non-surgical conditions of the upper limb and fabricate custom orthoses.
No double booking.
No assembly-line care.
You will have time to think, treat thoughtfully, and go home without evening charting.

About the Clinic
Small collaborative team (3 full-time OTs) with supportive leadership and a stable referral base.

Salary-Minimum $76,000+ (based on experience)

Schedule
Full-time | 40 hrs/week | 8- or 10-hour shifts

Requirements
Oregon OT or PT license
CPR certification
1+ year experience preferred
CHT or exam-eligible preferred
Upper-extremity Level II fieldwork considered
Basic splinting skills
