- Part-Time or Full-Time Physiotherapist / Maternity cover / New Grads Welcome
Description
Life is short so make sure you love your workplace!
Do you want to work somewhere great? We have a wonderful team of experienced physiotherapists and are so full we need help! We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated physiotherapist to join our team, so send through your resume and tell me what you want from your workplace!
We are looking to fill a part-time role as soon as possible and a full-time role from December/January. We have a physiotherapist on maternity leave next year and are hoping to provide either part-time or full time cover for this role, which includes a musculoskeletal caseload as well and clinical Pilates and exercise rehabilitation classes. This may be better suited to an experienced physio but new graduates who are motivated to learn should definitely apply. We are extremely flexible with days and shift times and should have the capacity to provide the type of roster that best suits you.
Exercise rehab experience is highly desirable (but not a deal breaker – we can train you!). We have a spacious studio and gym space with lots of capacity to run more classes.
We strive to provide the highest quality of care and understand that this takes time! Our appointment times are 45 minutes for an initial and 30 minutes for a subsequent. The case load is varied and interesting, consisting predominantly of private patients.
At Perth Hills Physio we seriously value work/life balance and flexibility and allow our staff to take extra unpaid leave in addition to their 4 weeks of paid annual leave. This allows us time to pursue our own sporting and leisure activities and spend time with our families. We also encourage our patients to really look after themselves and attend appointments during the week - the practice is not open on weekends, as we value our physiotherapist’s need for a proper weekend!
Our physiotherapists are hired as permanent employees, with remuneration based on experience and above award rates (commission incentives for experienced physiotherapists). Leave entitlements and superannuation are paid as detailed in the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. A mentoring package for new graduates and financial assistance for professional development is offered.
