Summary of Position:
The Prevention & Outreach Licensing Manager is a full-time position responsible for driving the growth, visibility, and impact of The CARE Center’s prevention programming through national program licensure and partnerships. This position focuses on managing and executing the national licensing lifecycle for The CARE Center’s ROAR program, and any future prevention initiatives, from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing licensee support, under the direction of the Director of Prevention & Outreach.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder with a strong sales mindset who is energized by building systems, national outreach, and expanding prevention education initiatives.
Requirements
Required Knowledge and Education:
Bachelor’s degree earned from an accredited university; relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, sales, outreach, or partnership development.
Experience working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, or licensee tracking tools; ability to document and improve workflows.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic design.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in person in the Oklahoma City metro.
Must pass a nationwide background check.

Essential Job Functions:
Program Advancement & National Licensing
o Manage the national ROAR licensing sales pipeline including outreach, follow-up, and onboarding, with the support and direction of the Director of Prevention & Outreach.
o Proactively identify and cultivate new ROAR prospects, including CACs, schools, youth-serving organizations, and community partners.
o Conduct high-level presentations, lead sales meetings, and program demonstrations (virtual and in-person) to decision-makers.
o Track leads, sales activity, contracts, and renewals using internal systems.
o Own and continuously improve the licensee lifecycle, including documentation, onboarding processes, touchpoints, and ongoing support.
o Collaborate closely with the Prevention & Outreach team to ensure alignment between national licensing efforts and local program delivery.
o Collaborate with Development & Communications and Leadership to implement approved messaging and promotional strategies for ROAR.
Outreach & Communications:
o Market and promote The CARE Center’s educational offerings on a national scale.
o Represent The CARE Center at local and national conventions, conferences, meetings, and other speaking engagements.
o Provide support for all CARE Center events as requested, including but not limited to: The CARE Center’s annual Brave Ball gala, CARE Center Classic Golf Tournament, and Young Professionals Trivia Night.
Responsibilities:
o As needed, support local prevention programming through occasional facilitation of ROAR or Recognizing & Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect trainings.
o Represent The CARE Center by attending networking events, participating in workgroups, presenting at conferences, and giving presentations encouraging education, advocacy, and prevention of child abuse.
o Support The CARE Center in the execution of the United Way of Central Oklahoma outreach initiatives and events.
o Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
Frequent public speaking and community engagement.
Regular local travel throughout the metro area; occasional out-of-area travel.
Periods of extended standing, presenting, and driving.
