Description

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Private Equity + Investment Funds Practice Group, based in either our Providence or Boston office, with a preference for Providence. 

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in private equity transactional work, focused on platform M&A deals and varied portfolio company matters. Candidates must have strong analytical and drafting skills, combined with excellent organizational and matter management abilities, including an ability to communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys.

This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national PE practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.

 
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in their state of residence, with excellent academic credentials.
