Job Title: Senior Advisor
Location: 100% remote role – US time zones only
Compensation: $200-250/hour
Engagement Type: Project-based, hourly consulting (not a full-time position)
About the Role
We are seeking senior-level law firm business leaders to join our faculty as Senior Advisors. This role is designed for professionals who have operated at the highest levels inside large law firms and who bring deep expertise in business development coaching, strategic planning, and pricing.
The ideal candidate has led or significantly contributed to firmwide or practice-level strategic initiatives and has personally coached partners and senior attorneys to drive measurable business development outcomes. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution experience.
Senior Advisors serve as trusted partners to firm leadership, practice group leaders, and senior attorneys. You will guide firms through complex business decisions, help them sharpen strategy, improve profitability, and build sustainable business-development systems that actually work in a modern law firm environment.
Important Application Requirement – Introductory Video
Because faculty members may be engaged to deliver both virtual and in-person presentations, workshops, and coaching sessions, we require a brief introductory video as part of the application process. This video helps us understand your communication style, executive presence, and ability to connect with a professional audience.
To be considered for this role, you must submit a 1–2 minute video introduction. Applications will be reviewed only after the video has been received.
- When applying, submit your application via email through the LMA Job Portal, and be sure to include a link to your video in your PDF application.
- Along with the link to your video, please send a copy of your cover letter.
