Description

Perform data analysis using programming languages, databases, and standard business tools (Excel Power Query, PivotTables etc.)
Analyze equity market and macroeconomic trends and create data-driven visualizations (e.g. dashboards)
Prepare clear documentation, summaries, and user guides to support the adoption and effective use of knowledge tools and processes
Identify problems proactively and follow through to completion
Other Ad-Hoc projects
Available between May 1st and August 30th

Requirements

Strong academic performance
Currently in third year or higher of an undergraduate degree in economics, finance, computer science, data analytics, or a related field
Relevant coursework completed in:
Finance or Economics, and
Data Analysis, Statistics, Econometrics, or Programming
Keen interest in developing a career in finance or data analytics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks
Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc assignments
Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, financial databases, or market data platforms is an asset
