Job Summary
We are seeking Systems Engineers (all levels) to provide mission-critical cyber and systems engineering support in a highly secure environment. This role leverages Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) experience to support strategic objectives related to national defense. The ideal candidate brings strong requirements management, architectural analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support complex system development across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Manage system and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems aligned with defined architectures (e.g., DoDAF, SOA).
Assist in developing system and functional requirements and allocating them to hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
Coordinate resolution of action items from Configuration Control Boards (CCB), design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to design and evaluate new system capabilities.
Allocate real-time processing and error budgets to system and subsystem components.
Generate alternative system concepts, architectures, and design solutions.
Define verification methods, processes, and evaluation criteria to ensure systems meet requirements.
Develop system design solutions that satisfy functional and technical requirements.
Review and contribute to work breakdown structures, work packages, and integrated master plans.
Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
Participate in interface definition and configuration management throughout the system lifecycle.
Analyze and derive stakeholder needs, implied functions, and operational requirements.
Develop and validate lower-level requirements that are complete, correct, traceable, and verifiable.
Support establishment and approval of system definitions, designs, interfaces, and test procedures.
Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance and Security Services, including confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, access control, cryptography, and key management.

Qualifications
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Years of Systems Engineering experience by level:
Level 0: 0 years (or 5 years without a bachelor’s degree)
Level 1: 7 years (or 12 years without a bachelor’s degree)
Level 2: 14 years (or 19 years without a bachelor’s degree)
Level 3: 20 years (or 25 years without a bachelor’s degree)
Desired
Experience or familiarity with:
Quantum engineering or algorithms
Zero Trust architecture
AWS / Cloud technologies
Agile engineering practices
