- Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach
Description
As an O2X On-Site Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you play a pivotal role in
optimizing the physical, mental, and emotional health of tactical athletes across various departments,
agencies, and organizations. We're looking for a self-driven, expert CSCS who thrives in dynamic
environments and is passionate about human performance, strength and conditioning, and athlete training.
Your responsibilities include providing specialized support, working closely with tactical athletes and
leadership, and promoting physical well-being. O2X On-site specialists work full-time within these
organizations, engaging daily with tactical athletes and leadership to assess, equip, and prepare them for
peak job performance, offering targeted resources within your primary areas of expertise, while also
collaborating with the broader O2X network of industry-leading experts.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and
Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Demonstrated experience working with individuals and groups, preferably within a military or first
responder context (3+ years preferred).
Proficiency in web and mobile technologies related to strength and conditioning and performance.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning metrics and assessment tools.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
