Position Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and unobstructed construction yard, mechanic shop, and work environment. Provides support to the Division Office and Project Management team by performing a variety of assigned duties and tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Performs routine inspections of the construction yard for trash and safety hazards.
- Keeps all material and storage areas neat, clean and orderly.
- Assists with repairing broken or damaged tools and materials when necessary.
- Possesses a good working knowledge of all products in the yard and their locations.
- Delivers parts, materials, tools, and equipment various job site locations.
- Assists with Division fleet vehicle maintenance to include washing, cleaning, and delivering vehicles to dealerships for warranty work, and scheduled service and maintenance.
- Works independent of supervision on assigned tasks. Moves between projects as scheduling requires.
- Maintains neat and professional personal appearance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- A valid California Driver's License
