Description

St. Josephs Health is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing Pulmonary team in Liverpool, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within collaborative, well-supported outpatient practice. In this role, the advanced practice provider will collaborate directly with Pulmonologist to support pre-procedural evaluation, post-procedural management, and the coordination of timely pulmonary care.

Position Details

• Perform patient consultations, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, sleep apnea, pneumonia, and lung cancer
• Educate patients and families on medication adherence and lifestyle modifications to improve lung function
• Manage your own patient panel to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor pre-operative and post?operative patients in coordination with the pulmonologist
• Work collaboratively with the Sleep Lab and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• NYS Licensed/ Registered NP or PA
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

Compensation

• Base Salary: $118,602.00- $139,922.00 (depending on experience)
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality performance incentives, or other forms of cash compensation. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and market factors in accordance with State law.
• Productivity Bonus eligible
• Starting Bonus: $5,000.00
