Osana is a well-established, highly respected, family-run Paediatric Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology practice located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. We currently provide physiotherapy to children and adolescents aged 0–18 years and provide speech pathology to children, adolescents and adults. We support a diverse caseload of private and NDIS clients
Due to continued growth, we are excited to welcome a Speech Pathologist to join our warm, supportive, and family-friendly team. New graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply, particularly those with a genuine passion for working with clients across the lifespan to support speech, language, literacy, AAC, voice, swallowing, and feeding.
About the Role
You will work across a varied and rewarding caseload, delivering evidence-based Speech Pathology services in both clinic and community settings. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment while making a meaningful impact on clients and families.

Requirements
You will have:
A recognised Speech Pathology degree or Master’s qualification
Experience or strong interest in Speech Pathology in Paediatrics or across the life span
Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration and insurance
A valid Working with Children Blue Card
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Confidence using cloud-based software and technology
A positive, flexible, and family-centred approach to care
Located on the Sunshine Coast
Current driver's licence
Eligible for a Medicare provider number
National police check (or be eligible)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Speech Pathology assessments, diagnoses, and goal setting and treatments
Plan and deliver engaging individualised therapy sessions
Complete clinical documentation, reports and progress notes
Prescribe equipment and conduct equipment trials as required
Provide community-based services (home, kindergarten, school, and community settings)
Collaborate with families, educators, medical professionals, and allied health team members
Integrate our therapy dog into sessions when requested by clients
