Position Title: Executive Associate

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Owner/Partner

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $48,000-$66,000, depending on experience and skill sets.

Job Classification: Full Time, non-exempt
Schedule: Full time, 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends.

Location: Fully remote, Northeast USA Prefered

Position Summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Executive Associate, who will be responsible for assisting in the administrative, operational, and management of the company.

Executive Associate will report directly to the Owner/Partner. This role is remote. Salaries for this position range from $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

  • Performing minor accounting duties

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

  • Assisting outside stakeholders and directing them to the appropriate department

  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

  • Managing mail distribution between internal staff

  • Working closely with department heads within the company to execute on needed tasks

  • Other tasks as assigned



  • 1-3 years operations, administrative, or political campaign experience

  • Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends

  • Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to self-motivate, especially in a remote work environment

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collegial attitude

Essential Physical Requirements

  • As this is a remote position, individuals in this position must be able to communicate with colleagues and partners via phone, including conference and video calls, as well as written communication such as email.

  • The position requires the ability to attend occasional in-person events throughout the year which may encompass all or part of the work day.

  • This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
