Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

• Provide medical management, mental health counseling, and therapy sessions

• Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments

• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA & insurance regulations

• Offer telehealth services as needed

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with board certification in Psychiatry

• Valid state medical license to practice as an MD or DO

• Valid DEA number (and CDS number where required)

• Individual liability insurance

• Home office or some other location from which to conduct telehealth visits
