Bilingual Child Psychiatrist - California
We are seeking a Board Certified Child Psychiatrist to support a facility in Duarte, CA serving children and families up to 12-years of age offering a variety of services including early childhood education, before and after-school care, mental health and wraparound services as well as substance abuse treatment services.
- Bilingual Board Certified Child Psychiatrist
- Active California Licensure
- 1099, Part-Time Hours: 8-10 Hours per Month
- Onsite in Duarte, CA, some telehealth
- Pay: $285-$295/hr
Company Description: This position will provide in person and telehealth services for out-patient level clients, higher level care programs as well as wraparound services for children up to 12-years of age.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct Psychiatric exams, assessments and evaluations both onsite and virtually
- Medication evaluation and monitoring
- Consultation with facility administration and clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Approved School of Medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Psychiatry or Child Psychiatry
- Possess active California medical licensure
- Experience working with children from the Child Welfare System
- Familiarity with Department of Mental Health paperwork and billing
- Familiarity with CalAIM
- Bilingual in Spanish

Requirements
- Graduate of an Approved School of Medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Psychiatry or Child Psychiatry
- Possess active California medical licensure
- Experience working with children from the Child Welfare System
- Familiarity with Department of Mental Health paperwork and billing
- Familiarity with CalAIM
- Bilingual in Spanish
