Community Care Network (CCN) is made up of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of our communities, individuals and families through responsive, innovative and collaborative services. Every year, Community Care Network serves over 3,000 people throughout Rutland County.

The dedicated staff of Community Care Network is focused on improving the health and well-being of Rutland County residents and their families living with mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance use disorders.
