Innerspace Counseling is New Jersey's premier intensive mental health program specialist serving children, adolescents, adults, and perinatal individuals with primary mental health diagnoses. Each patient in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program receives individualized, high-quality care through evidence-based treatments, including DBT and CBT. Our programs provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and comprehensive treatment planning with the goal of supporting long-term recovery and wellness.
