About the Practice
Kansas City Psychology is a growing, mission-driven private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care across the lifespan. Our work is grounded in a whole-person approach, integrating psychological, emotional, and (when desired) faith-informed perspectives to support meaningful and lasting change.
We specialize in comprehensive psychological evaluations and therapy services, and we are expanding to include psychiatric services to better support our clients with integrated, collaborative care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team in an outpatient setting. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on clinical care without the burden of running a practice.

What You’ll Do
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Provide medication management for children, adolescents, and/or adults
Collaborate with psychologists and therapists on treatment planning
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Option to participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary care

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or family systems
Interest in working with both adolescents and adults
Openness to integrative or faith-informed care (as appropriate to client preference)

Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
Licensed (or license-eligible) in Missouri and/or Kansas
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Interest in outpatient, collaborative care
Alignment with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
