Northern Light Acadia Hospital in Bangor, Maine is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrist to join the faculty of our Adult Psychiatry Residency Program as an Adult Outpatient Preceptor.
Our residency program is dedicated to providing a comprehensive, supportive learning environment that develops exceptional clinicians, researchers, and leaders in the field of psychiatry. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians while maintaining an outpatient clinical practice.
Position Highlights:
- Provide direct clinical supervision and education for psychiatric residents in our Adult Medication Management Clinic
- Collaborate closely with the Residency Program Director and Medical Director of Adult Outpatient Psychiatry
- Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time and part-time opportunities
- Opportunity to play a role in shaping psychiatric education and training within a growing academic environment
Compensation Information:
- $269,860.00-$292,947.00 annual base salary.
- The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
