The Everett Clinic (part of Optum) is a clinician-led, multi-specialty group known for innovation and high-quality care. Our department was recently voted #1 Behavioral Health facility in the area. We're going beyond basic care to health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care. Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm)Our Psychiatry team is seasoned and diverse to include physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. Your patients will have full access to internal individual and group psychotherapies and integrated specialty care.
Your practice:
- Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice hybrid remote or a 4-day work week option all with and built-in administrative time
- Innovative care: Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR
- Full Administrative support with a dedicated Practice Manager
- Medical-Legal Consultation to guide and protect your practice and license
- Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends, 60-minute intakes, 30-45-minute follow-ups, Epic EMR, multidisciplinary practice with primary care and specialty consultations and collaboration
- Psychiatric medication management for average 12-16 patients per day
- Quarterly on-call, no travel required, no inpatient coverage: evening and weekend phone call only, 1 week a quarter with Behavioral health crisis triage support
Required Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Adult Psychiatry
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License required prior to start date
- Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $225,000 - $393,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
