Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement care plans, which include prescribing and regularly evaluating and modifying as appropriate
- Provide consultation to Primary Care Providers and other medical staff regarding behavioral health issues
- Triage patients to the appropriate level of care

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of (Massachusetts) or has (Massachusetts) application in process
- Board Certified or board eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of 1-3 years of postgraduate experience as a psychiatric nurse clinician, with one year of experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred
The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $393,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
