Description
Island Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatrician to join its team at a clinic in the vibrant coastal community of Anacortes, Washington.
You will be part of the Island Primary Care M Avenue Clinic, a comprehensive Primary Care center. Here, you will focus on general outpatient pediatric services while working alongside a well-established team of Family Medicine professionals. You will join a clinic with strong support team in place comprised of MAs, LPNs and RNs with an additional on-site Child Psychiatrist consult available at all times. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-centered group working to improve the health and wellness for the entire community of Anacortes, while also enjoying a healthy work-life balancing in this beautiful region of the Pacific Northwest.
Position Details:
3 or 4-day work week
Outpatient with newborn nursery call
Low call burden with 1:6
Well established group with defined market opportunities
Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform with integrated ambient listening for documentation
Strong team environment with multispecialty support
Compensation & Benefits:
Total Compensation Range: $254,562-$311,132
Relocation Assistance
Loan repayment eligible for PLFS
$25,000 Sign on bonus
Competitive base salary guarantee, relocation allowance and productivity incentives the first year of employment, comprehensive benefits package; retirement plan; CME allowance; malpractice coverage
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Active Washington State Medical License or the ability to obtain one
2 to 5 years of experience is preferred
