$150K-$175K+ Base | 4-Day Work Week | No Call | Forensic Psychiatry Focus

The Mission: Closing the Gap
You will help build a clinical bridge for individuals transitioning from city and county jails back into the community.
You will provide:
- Medication management for high-acuity patients
- Forensic diversion support
- Integrated physical + psychiatric triage
- Continuity of care during critical transitions
This work directly supports some of the most vulnerable individuals in the system, ensuring stability where gaps often exist.
Practice Highlights: Quality Over Quantity
Protected 4-Day Work Week
- Permanent 4/10 schedule
- No call, weekends, or after-hours responsibilities
Sustainable Scheduling
- 90-minute new evaluations
- 30-minute follow-ups
- 12-15 patients/day
- Emphasis on clinical depth over volume
Forensic & Community Work
- Partner with forensic outreach teams for "warm hand-offs"
- Work in jail and community settings
- Build early rapport to improve outcomes

- Medical Director manages crisis calls

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000-$175,000+
- 5% automatic 403(b) employer contribution after 6 months
- $150/month student loan assistance

- 20 PTO days + 7 hours/month sick + 14 holidays
