Oasis Health is seeking two Psychiatrists to join our progressive, patientfocused practice on the Sunshine Coast. We welcome applications from Psychiatrists with broad general adult experience as well as those with a special interest or expertise in psychedelic assisted therapy.
These roles are ideal for clinicians who value ethical and evidencebased care and working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Psychiatrist – General Adult
This role is suited to a wellrounded Psychiatrist with broad experience across general adult psychiatry.
Role Overview
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnosis
- Ongoing management of a broad range of general adult mental health presentations
- Medication prescribing and review in line with bestpractice guidelines
- Collaborative care with GPs, psychologists and allied health professionals
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and professional practice
Psychiatrist – Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
This position is ideal for a Psychiatrist with experience or a strong clinical interest in psychedelic assisted therapy, working within approved ethical, legal and clinical frameworks.
Role Overview
- Assessment and management of complex and treatmentresistant mental health conditions including depression, anxiety and PTSD
- Deliver or oversee psychedelic assisted therapy where clinically appropriate
- Integrate psychotherapy, medication management and broader treatment planning
- Work closely with psychologists and therapists within a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold strong standards of clinical governance, informed consent and patient safety
About You
For either role, you will have:
- FRANZCP or equivalent specialist qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong general adult psychiatry experience
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to ethical, patientcentred and evidencebased practice
For the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy role, you will also demonstrate:
- Training, experience and a clinical interest in psychedelic assisted therapy
- Experience with complex and treatmentresistant presentations
- A reflective, traumainformed approach to care
