Facility Information
Baptist Health Corbin is a 273-bed acute and skilled-care hospital serving more than 200,000 residents across southeastern Kentucky and parts of Tennessee. The hospital offers a wide range of specialties including interventional and general cardiology, gastroenterology, oncology, women's health, orthopedics, primary care, Geropsych, adolescent psychiatry and inpatient drug and alcohol detox services. Physicians here benefit from advanced technology like a brand-new 264-slice cardiac CTA and two fully equipped cath labs, along with strong referral networks and supportive, experienced teams. Baptist Health Corbin is in the midst of a $100 million expansion that includes an 80,000‑square‑foot patient care wing, supported in part by more than $15 million in local philanthropic contributions. Scheduled for completion in early 2027, this transformative investment will enhance access to high‑quality, patient‑centered care and strengthen the hospital's ability to meet the growing healthcare needs of southeastern Kentucky for years to come.
